Built in the 1890s, the building originally contained Bilbrey Brothers Feeds.
Bob and Betty King operated it for many years as a grocery and sold it to Ed and Lucille Phipps, who operated it as E &
L Market. Reba has been a florist since 1984 and has been at the downtown location for 15 years. Besides flowers, Reba sells
quilts and has a Christian Bookstore. She credits her love of quilts to her mother, Lyda Harris.
